Clogged duct/mastitis?

I woke up tonight feeling super nauseous, body aches and the bottom half of my right breast is SO sore to the touch. It almost feels bruised when touched although it doesn’t look bruised. And my letdown when I just nursed was incredibly painful.

Does this sound like it could be the beginnings of a clogged duct or mastitis? I did some googling and it sounds like it could be but I don’t feel a lump or hard spot on my breast which is what I read you’ll most likely have with a clogged duct...
