TMI-Ovulation day according to Glow,

Kathie • Mon, Aug 05 • Im a mother pf two, 12, son and 10, daughter. I was pregnant in October and had a MC in January. This is my 2nd active month hoping for a healthy pregnancy!

So I've been having slight sharp pain mostly on my right side but also a little on my left side the past couple days. Today is my ovulation day according to glow and when I was at work and went to the bathroom this is what I experienced...Any ideas as to what or why???
