Positive at home negative at doctor

I went to a free clinic today to get proof of pregnancy and if you saw my previous post I’m obviously pregnant. They use the dropper test. (The $1 one.) i used a first response. So i asked how i could get 3 positives at home and a negative there? Her response was maybe hormones from my miscarriage. I’m ok ma’am THEN IT WOULD STILL SHOW POSITIVE HERE! 🤦🏽‍♀️🙄

My question is should i wait a week or two and go back or just pay out of pocket ($70) for blood work?
