Help me get over him please

Me and a friend from work started talk just casually then it turned into a relationship kinda and I developed feeling and felt like I truly loved him and I told him that and he would say he loved me too but one day he told me he didn’t and that he was just saying it in a friend way but we did a lot of things that’s friends don’t do like have sex and he would be flirty and what not but anyways I loved him and he ended things but wanted to stay friends and I still love him and as the days pass it really hard seeing him at work and working with him and I want to stay friends but it become more difficult for me and I just am so hurt and it’s been a couple months since this ended and I just can’t seem to get over him please help
