My fiancé and I are trying our best to not have sex until we get married. I am not on birth control because of certain health issues it caused me so I am weary about getting back on the pill for the time being. We are starting to plan our wedding for October 2020 so it’s a long way away. As much as we would love to have children. We want to have this wedding before any. Any advice?

If the need is there go more for, in teenager terms, third base. Like oral and such. Make each other feel good and be intimate about it. 
 But also, condoms work wonders if the only reason holding you back is the kids thing. Condoms and no sex during the fertile week.

Track your ovulation and avoid those days. Condoms too. Or you could try a non-hormonal birth control

If you are just avoiding babies men can get snipped and then have it reversed.
