Alright so this was my sister in this picture and we took her to the doctors and it turns out she had an allergy to sulfa (not to be confused with sulfur) which is in a lot of prescription medicines. And she was actually taking an antibiotic called bactrum and sulfa was one of the main ingredients. Thank you for all of the helpful comments!!

my mum has an allergy to sulphur also, just make sure she stays inside on days after fireworks :)

If not pox, has she taken new medication recently? I had a reaction to some type of antibiotics and my whole body was covered in red spots and bumps. No pain or anything. 
Either way it's in the best interest OF EVERYONE to keep her and whatever she touches quarantined until you get her in to a doctor. ASAP. It can be devistating if it's chicken pox and she passes it to a compromise immune system like a baby, elderly or pregnant person and they're hospitalized.
