Down 17 pounds in 4 months!


So back in January and then March I had two MC’s. I was on progesterone for an extended period of time and IT MADE ME BLOW UP. The picture on the left is 183 in April and the one on the right is 166 today. Ladies, literally the hardest part of this was actually getting myself up and going to the gym. Once I was finally there it was easy. Eating lots of greens and chicken. And coming from someone who loves Doritos and fast food, it sucked but I tried tons and tons of different recipes and find stuff that I actually liked!
