What’s wrong with my body! :(

Hello so I’m 15 and me and my boyfriend have been having frequent sex now for around 7 months ( both parents are aware and I am on birth control before I receive and concerned comments to teenage pregnancy) last night we had sex and through out all the next day I’ve had this feeling of like going for a wee and then a strange tingling burning sensation, I’ve also been really itchy sort of the feeling like thrush? I’m very concerned and I dont know whether to tell my mum or see if the feeling will pass how would I even go about telling this to my mum? Please help
