I'm a single mom doing my best to provide for my son but I need help I'm thinking of putting my sons father on child support he does not help with anything involving his son I will not let him have him by himself because he was very abusive towards me during my whole pregnancy I feel as if he will do the same to my son can I put him on child support without having to let him get him by himself ? I honesty do not trust him I'm not sure if its even worth going through this process. I'd also like to add that I have lots of proof of the abuse not sure if that would help
