Help!!!

I was messing around with this guy that was supposed to be just for fun and ended up getting pregnant. When I told him I was pregnant he claimed it wasn’t his and didn’t want to take a dna test! Now my baby boy is born and I’m struggling to decide if to put him on child support or if to just get him to voluntarily terminate his parental rights! He has never asked about him or anything either
