Switching meds

Had a breakdown this year. Zoloft greatly helped my anxiety, ocd. I might be allergic to it tho bc once a day to every few days I would have intense itch that lasted 10-20 min. Zoloft didn't touch my depression. So now I was prescribed prozak. She said it should help anxiety, depression, and binge eating while giving energy. Im excited. I really need this black cloud to go away. It's been too long. Prozac helps dopamine which I don't think zoloft did. Really hoping I get the help I desperately need.
