Having lots of depression and anxiety 7 months pp

Like days where I can’t stand it anymore. I also have weight to lose so don’t really wanna take any meds plus many haven’t worked.

Prayers please. My 18 year old left (she hasn’t graduated yet will be a senior now). She’s so rude and into bad things. I just can’t right now. :/

Lots of anger, hurt. My husband isn’t helping and making things worse.

I have a lot of kids and days are so hard.
