So, just a mom here, looking for advice from all the wonderful moms on here!
My boy is 9 months old, and he has slept like a champ for the most part of his life. He’s been sleeping roughly 7-10 hours a night since he was about 2 months. But now, he keeps waking up anywhere from 4am to 6am, stays awake for about an hour, then goes back down for a few hours.. the consistency is gone, and I’m guessing it has to do with his naps throughout the day..
This is his stats for the past handful of days..
He’ll nap pretty well in the mornings, but not so good later in the day, if at all.
So my question is; Are there certain nap schedules that have worked best for you? And how do you take control of nap time?
It’s hard to try and force this little guy to take a nap, especially when he’s refusing to sleep and he’s so happy...
