Sleep never happens

My 6 year old just started 1st grade yesterday the 20th. My youngest has hit that 4 month growth spurt and sleep regression. She is always hungry and doesnt sleep much. (Happening for 2 nights now) husband is working 14hr shifts and has to be up when i take the oldest to school. (He is hell to wake up). I am getting close to my wits end. After everything is done i finally lay down at midnight or so. Then up every other hour with my youngest. Then up at 6am to get oldest up and ready for school. 2 nights of barely any sleep is really getting to me. We had a great schedule before school started and the 4 month sleep regression and growth spurt. Im exhausted.
