Spotting or period?

So in April I had my period the 11th-17th, I had to go to ER on the 13th. I got diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism, which was caused by my birth control. So I was told no more bc or anything with hormones in it. So my first period after my ER visit was May 24th-29th. So I thought ok maybe not being on the bc anymore I'll still get to have a normal period. Then June , no period. July 11th-17th I had a period, so I guess June's period was late? I was due to have another period August 8th -14th, yet no period....at least I think. August 1st-6th I had super super light pink spotting. Like nothing got in my underwear, only little bits of I wiped or checked my cm. So here it is the end of August and still no period. We're those six days of spotting my period????
