Should I be worried?

I had sex last night, we started off using a condom. We used the extended pleasure condom, so it was taking too long to cum. He took it off and we finished off without a condom. He pulled out and assured me he didn’t cum inside of me, but I’m freaking out that maybe he did. I didn’t feel any cum on me, or anything but I’m just paranoid. He said he’s more than 100% positive. It’s not that I don’t trust him, I am just really scared
