Help, itching near vaginal opening & small hole?

So i started experiencing an itch on the right side of my vagina near the opening, but not on it. also I haven’t experienced any odor or abnormal discharge, just the itch on the one side..

It would normally occur in the late afternoon/night time.

This happened randomly and I thought it was a yeast infection, so I took azo pills and used boric acid suppositories which stopped the itching for at most 3 days, then it would come back, it’s not a constant itch, but once it starts it’s hard to ignore it.

It’s been about 2 weeks now maybe and I’m getting off of my period and scheduled the soonest appointment I could get at planned parenthood which is Wednesday. The itch is really fucking bugging me today and so I check with a mirror and right next to the opening of my vagina there’s a small hole. What the fuck

I’ve been with the same guy for almost 2 years now, I wash with unscented soap and water down there pretty much everyday and haven’t done anything different. I’m SO fucking afraid I keep checking with a mirror and see a red patch and a small hole right next to my vaginal opening. I have no idea what to do except for wait til Wednesday but I’m freaking the fuck out waiting.

Like why me. What could it possibly be
