When (what age or event) did you find yourself??

So I’m 21 and I feel like I have no idea who I am... it makes me feel confused and upset. I know it all depends on the person, but what should I do to “find myself”?

i’d say 25ish, but personal growth never ends and you can always discover new things about yourself. finding your way takes time it’s okay not to have it all figured out yet!

I'd say later in my 20s. I'm 29 and sometimes I feel good about it all and sometimes I question things.

I'd say at about 35 (talking about me, not generally). Before that I thought I had found myself, but I hadn't. At 21 I was definitely still very naive and lacking adult life experience.
There's no reason to rush things. You're only 21, you still have a lot of things to experience and learn from. Just enjoy each phase as it comes, but make sure you're treating yourself with kindness and respect along the way.

There’s not an age. Just be kind to yourself and try to behave in a way that doesn’t hurt you or others. Be brave and take risks. Believe in yourself. Xx
