I went from 100 pounds at 21 to 185 at 22, I’m now 23 and 170-175. I have been slowly trying to loose weight again. Nervous about how to do it on my own because I used to have a bad relationship with food and would avoid it or throw up often (without trying). I want to loose some weight because I feel very bad about the way I look. I don’t know how much was the natural change of my body and how much was me forcing myself to eat 3 meals a day. Advice is welcomed!
