My August baby is turning into a September baby 🥺😭

I honestly was so hoping for the fact that my baby would be born on or around her due date. I am still not dilating and have no progress from my last appointment of her wanting to come on her own. I came to my last prenatal appointment today at 40w4days and they said they can’t induce me until September 3 😩😭🥺

Due to the fact that it is a holiday weekend it is against hospital policy unless there in an absolute need for induction. So they have hooked me up to this machine to ensure she is okay and her heartbeat and everything checks out before they make me wait until I’m 41w2days to be induced 😔

Don’t get me wrong I will be so blissful to have her here with me I am just ready for her to be here right now. Not in almost 6 days 🥺

Any other ladies in the same boat. My doctor said there was another patient he had today and we had the same due date and are both being scheduled for induction the same time since neither of us have had our baby.
