Need advice from those with experience!

Ok I've been very stressed with my brother almost dieing starting in my college program which is insanely demanding and not starting my period at the beginning of the month like I ALWAYS do! I finally started 6 days ago but it's been strange very light to a light medium, lasted 6 days so far I'm a 3-4 day typical period, lots of cramps and back pain among other possibly related symptoms... I'm normally always regular and 3-4 days in length and cramp the day before I officially start. I've been having blood clots but nothing to abnormal for a period then today I get this... I'm really worried I miscarried or am in the process of miscarriage :( has anyone gone through something similar and could just shed a little light?
