What could this be?

It burns when I pee and it’s really itchy down there and sometimes when I wipe there’s blood (possibly maybe from wiping to hard?) I thought maybe it was a yeast infection and I tried the medication and cream and it didn’t work. My period is 7 days late but idk if that has anything to do with it. I don’t want to go to a doctor cause I’m really uncomfortable with that. Does anybody have any idea what this could be? And also I don’t have any odd discharge. Btw I’m also a virgin so it can’t be an std. I also don’t have any odd coloured pee and I don’t have the constant urge to pee
