What to do?

So my SO has a lower sex drive than me. When we do have some fun he kind of jump right in with out getting me started. He also has been getting away without wearing protection. I am on the depo and he does withdrawal when we do things. I just don't know what to do. He always wants to do doggy, I had to fake it a few times just because I knew he couldn't hold out. That's another issue he is like 5min or less lately. Which really upsets me, but he just gets to excited. I just want to make the times that we do have fun more enjoyable for me and not crush his confidence. I have been trying to find nice ways to talk with him because he has very little confidence. He thinks I am to good for him or to pretty for him. He thinks he is a bad SO sometimes. Last night we started things and he made the comment maybe your just not into this, meaning sex. I was just not warmed up yet and then I got sad, he got upset because I was sad, and then when he went to the bathroom. I got myself warmed up right quick I mean might take a whole min or 2. I kind of jumped him and then love making was amazing, but still really short. I know a lot of the time I am super tight and also he just gets to excited, he just can't hold out.
