Is it likely I'm pregnant

I had sex on September 13th and it was two days before my period, my period came but it was late so I figured I couldn't be pregnant cause I had my period, but doing further research it's possible that my body didn't get the memo right away. This past month I've been peeing all the time and my Brest are extremely sore. My partner and I did use a condom and he pulled out before he came, but I am still worried should I be? Is it likely that I'm pregnant?
