advice

so at the end if June i was in a bad car accident caused by my friend who was texting and driving. i was ejected from the passenger side window and i hit the ground at 65 MPH. i was sent to the trauma ICU and had and still am dealing with extensive internal injuries. It truly bothers me that the driver had a disregard for not only my life but his and one other passenger. if you guys could i guess send me advice on what to do to get past this or maybe not think about it so much, i would be very thankful 😔
