Break up.

Okay ladies, I need some help. How did you all get over a break up I've recently broke up with my boyfriend of almost 4 years we have 2 children together, I'm just tired of having things thrown in my face and being put down and not feeling important to someone, its been a long time coming, but I cant help feel super lonely cause we were literally together every day for the 4 years.. :/
