YALL ITS ALMOST TIME .. BUT I NEED HELP!
Hey ladies! I don’t know if y’all remember, but back in February/March an anonymous posted about losing weight to join the Navy.
It’s me ladies! I am close to approaching my 40lbs weight loss milestone! Cutting from 210-170lbs.
I have muscle definition, my waist & thighs are smaller, I can finally feel & see my collarbones, so many things!
I used to run a 22 minute mile, now I run a 13 minute mile.
So much progress it’s insane!
But my real question is this !! -
I had gone to a recruiter & was told if i lose 2 Inches or 5-10lbs an make tape, I can start the enlisting processes. Any tips on how to get this last bit of weight off?
Also how did y’all manage sustained runs? I’m trying to figure it out 🙃
Thanks guys! I hope someone sees light in this, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE with determination an motivation!’ !!
