I actually thought you were supposed to love your baby the instant you got pregnant. Until I got pregnant with my daughter by a one night stand. We met on tinder and talked for a day before we hooked up and never saw him again. So as soon as I found out I was in total shock and was just mad about the whole situation even tho I did it to myself. It took me almost my whole pregnancy to actually be excited. I still bought things and posted bump pics and what not but I truly wasn’t bonded to her. Then I got a 3d ultrasound and saw her face and had a little connection but not much. It wasn’t until she was about 3 months old is when I started to finally bond with her. Don’t get me wrong, I love her and wouldn’t know what I would do without her but there was just something missing. How long did it take you mamas?!
