Is this morning sickness? 🤮

Back story- about 4 weeks ago my boyfriend and I were on vacation and had unprotected sex a few times. I can’t remember if he came inside me or not but he’s usually really good about pulling out. Over the past couple weeks my boobs have gotten bigger and my nipples are very sensitive. This morning around 7am I woke up with what felt like the most empty stomach I’ve ever had. I ate a something (like until I felt full) and had coffee and about ten minutes later I felt like I was starving again, but I know I couldn’t eat if I tried. My stomach is killing me, I slightly feel like I have to puke, but its not overwhelming. Is this morning sickness?
