Husband raises voice at me “in defense”
My husband is a sweetheart by nature but very sensitive too. Today I made a snippy comment that he’s always on his phone and he responded harshly, stormed out of the room, went on the couch and started raising his voice at me that I need to change and stop being critical, and that was a very mean and harsh thing to say etc etc. Then he will say I don’t care anymore when I try to bring up my reasoning and proceed to ignore me. Then I have to “beg” for forgiveness. I said to him please don’t raise your voice at me (for years) and he said he’s doing it to defend himself. Is that excusable?
