Getting healthy and fit for upcoming wedding
So my wedding is in 10 months, I'm trying to loose some weight and get healthier to improvement overall lifestyle. I've already got multivitamins, protein shakes, hair/skin/nail vitamins, and vitamins to help with energy and sleep. I'm cutting out soda and sweets and going on 2 walks a day. If any of you ladies have any other advice it would be greatly appreciated.
