Genetic Testing Regrets

Has anyone here done the genetic testing just for the purpose finding out the gender, but then something came up as wrong? I've known a lot of people I've done the genetic testing and it said something is wrong but later turns out everything's fine. I don't want cause any unnecessary stress or anxiety over something that might not even happen. but I would like to know the gender early. Even if there was a problem we would still love our baby. We value human life and would have this baby no matter what.

Any thoughts or advice? Sorry for the rambling it's hard to make a cohesive thought with pregnancy brain.
