1 to 3 capsules . 3x a day orally or vaginally the last 4 weeks of pregnancy .

It helps soften your cervix  gets you better prepared for labor I started 2 weeks ago I'm starting to lose pieces of my mucus plug ...but not going in till I see bloodly show as that's the real deal ;) you can take it orally  or vaginal I do both however you will leak oil out lol so don't be alarmed lol
