Confused?! FWB or more?? NEED ADVICE

So I’ve know this guy for almost 2 years now, we’ve had a good connection and he keeps telling me he sees a future with me. We see each other for the majority of the week. The thing is he use to text me everyday Goodmorning beautiful, asking how my days going and out of no where he stopped recently. When we go out he’ll pay but I offer to split or pay too but he declines my offer. He also doesn’t show much affection when we go out like holding my hand or kiss me or showing me off that I’m his(even though we aren’t technically official yet. He hasn’t asked me to be his girlfriend). The sex is great and all but I feel like half the time that’s all he wants from me. I mean we don’t do it all the time and he doesn’t force me but like idk I’m just confused. I really like him but I feel like he’s not putting his all or trying to pursue this into a relationship. His words are not matching up his actions. Sometimes he won’t even kiss me goodnight or goodbye kisses when I leave for the night. Just a bye see you later. Like wtff I’m just really confused and getting mixed signals. What should I do?!? Should I just drop him or keep seeing where things go? SOS
