Help *husband doesn't care after miscarriage

So I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks in May and ended up in emergency having a d&c. My husband was there for me the whole time but didn't really 'care' that we lost the baby.

This week the hospital called to ask me if I wanted to pick up my 'tissues' from the miscarriage. In my eyes that's our first ever baby. I was too scared to tell him and I did last night (going to pick it up today with my mum) and he said we don't need to. I asked him if he cared that I wanted to get them and he said he didn't. 💔 has anyone elses husband been the same. I know it's harder for them starting off to get as attached but that hurts that he doesn't care.
