Fit for the job

At my interview today, the manager interviewing me said “I’d hate to put you in such a stressful, dirty work place.” Like dude, I’m VERY capable of taking out trash, scrubbing the floors, doing the dishes, cleaning toilets, and getting dirty. Just because I’m a small girl, doesn’t mean I can’t do the job. He said specifically “if a taller buff, MAN comes in for the job, well...” JUST because I’m a 5’6 20 years old college girl, doesn’t give you the right to degrade me 😒😡 My height and age doesn’t define what I’m capable of! Ugh. I hope he called me back so I can prove his ass wrong lol. I really need this job.

That’s not all the tea sisters. He explained to me that I would only be cleaning one women’s bathroom because they turn the other one into a nursing room. He had that attitude of “ this is really stupid and it shouldn’t have been made into that” because he said specifically “it cost me $4000 and nobody has used it, so that’s great”. One of THOSE guys. I so BADLY want to prove his sexist ass wrong.
