Toddler ate this

Wasn’t even opened yet I set it on my night stand was going to eat it as a snack and my toddler was watching her show for a little in my bedroom while I was sitting on the bed looking up winter coats for her on amazon.... well she wasn’t standing so I get up she’s on the floor in front of the bed with this and the foil isn’t anywhere so she ate it! I’m freaking out should I take her to the er? Or would it pass? Im the type to overreact and o want to make sure before going to the hospital for 6 hours if I don’t have to be. It’s the foil top of a applesauce cup
