Reflux help 11m old

PLEASE PLEASE give me some help ladies. Her NP isn't listening just says she'll grow out of this, her G.I just through a different formula at her and this is really bad. She has had reflux since born and she has Trisomy21 (Down syndrome..not DOWNS) Theres nothing "DOWNS" about her she has UP syndrome to us😉 anyways, its littlery vomiting like a fountain vomiting. She has stayed the same age for 4 months now but nobody seems concerned except me?!?! Were working on eating solids cause she has a "texture" then but from she does well. We have tried about all of them and 3 of them she pushed away and made a face. Forgive me for misspelling I'm just gonna wing it and try..?Allimintum?.. Elecare..?nurtugonme? Sorry lol. Also Similac pro. Gerber Soy. And also bought her tonight Almond milk unsweetened original she wouldn't drink it and the lactose one. She'll drink goats milk just fine because I warm her bottles up and the almond was cold. I tried warming it a tad but she still wouldn't. Nexium and zantac for the past 7 months aren't helping. 😭😭😭 my baby needs formula/milk help. Shes had 3 swallow studies and passed that.
