Baby is so low

So I’m a FTM and currently 37 weeks pregnant. Last night I got an ultrasound done and the tech stated that the baby is so low, she doesn’t know how I’m not dilated yet or still walking 😮 she couldn’t even get the top of his head because he’s so low! In your experiences- would you say he could possibly come early due to how low he is??

She kinda freaked me out! I walk sooo much during work and I do feel lots of pressure at times. But I’m not dilated yet. What are your thoughts on this? 🤔
