Opinions please!!!!

Friday they checked me and i was 2 cm dialted they said my cervix was very reachable now and soft the doctor asked while she was still in there if she could stretch the cervix i said why not. So after that she said some bleeding and cramping were normal. Well Friday an hour or two after the appointment a little bit of my mucus plug came out and it was tinged pink.

And yesterday afternoon I was cramping and it made me feel like I had to poop and I did. I wiped and more mucus plug came out and then not even 20 minutes later I felt nauseous and started throwing up.

I started feeling cramping again were it felt like I had to poop again this time I just sat through it and then at the end of the cramping I got a sudden onset of nauseous again and then was trying to walk and I started gagging. Went to the bathroom to try pooping and had a bucket in front of me cause I was gagging as well. Couldn't poop this time and went to wiped and another massive chunk of mucus plug came out.

Should i call the birth center??
