Can I be pregnant?

I am new to birth control.

I took two tri ortho birth control pill packages and I skipped my period with the second one.

I didn’t end up finishing the second package because it was affecting my skin too much and i was feeling way too anxious so I just stopped taking them.

Me and my husband had sex without protection of course and I don’t mind if I am pregnant now but I am wondering what are the possiblities and if I will get my period regular again? Or will I be affected because I skipped it this last time??
