❗️SEX BEFORE IUD INSERTION

So I have been on my period since last Wednesday (it’s now Monday so for about 5 days) and I am off now. I had sex on Sunday (yesterday) and my IUD fitting is this Thursday. I was told not to have sex incase of pregnancy but silly me I couldn’t do it. We used a condom and even saw the sperm in it and checked. For some reason I feel bad? Do I have to worry about it? I really don’t think I would be pregnant. I read that it can be used as emergency contraception up to 5 days and that would work in my case... can anyone offer me any advice?
