Ugh being a parent is hard, I never know if I’m making the right decisions 😭 I’m just desperate for more sleep & my baby needs more and better sleep too. She’s 6 months

My baby and I co sleep. When I start closing my eyes he follows.

If she’s 6 months old, she can be sleep trained. My little girl used to comfort nurse all night long and it got to the point where I was losing my mind without sleep. We sleep trained her and it was the best decision ever. It sucked going through the process but now she puts herself
To sleep in her own crib in her own room and sleeps all night without needing be rocked or nursed. My daughter still needed one night feeding until she was about 9 or 10 months old I believe and she warned herself off eventually.
