Step mother charged for being nude in front of step children in own home

Do you think it was fair that she was charged?

I know for me at least It was normal for my mom to change in front of us (2 daughters) but even till this day (22 years old) thankfully I haven't seen my father naked from what I can remember.

In my family situation I dont have any step parents. I was adopted but it was from birth so they are my parents. It's hard for me to relate in this type of situation and I just am curious to everyone's thoughts!

Also, Which side do you think was telling more of the story?

The mothers or the step mothers ?
