Can't get baby to take medicine!

Help!! We can't get my baby to take her medicine for ear infection. Spits it out if we give it to her just by mouth, won't drink a bottle with it in, won't eat cereal with it in either. We have tried the Frida pacifer too which used to work for Tylenol. But now she knows exactly what that paci is used for and spits it out immediately before we even put medicine in it. (And she's a pacifer addict baby. Can't believe she knows that pacifer apart from the others lol). Soooo we are running out of options. What should we do??
