Splitting from my husband

So my husband says it will be cheaper to live on the property hus parents are wanting us to have but so far its been over three years since I've lived with/near his mother and its been terrible for my mental health. He's angry at me for wanting to move and its gotten so bad that I've had to say I would leave without him.. Its sad but true, his family is toxic to our marriage and living with/near them is and has been a huge mistake. I feel like no matter what someone is going to get hurt and idk what to do. He refuses to see my side but will still say things like "I understand y'all can't like each other" which isn't the case. She literally wants to start trouble. So now I'm looking for a place to live and he's going to stay here to I guess suck on his mom and dad's tit the rest of his life. I suggested marriage counseling but he says no which tells me he doesn't care to even try and see my side and why I believe we should leave his parents nest after 4 years of dealing with this crap. We've only been married for 2 years and already splitting up which we don't want but we can't comprise on where to live and I'm done..
