Break Up

So yesterday was National Boyfriends day and you want to know what my gift was? Break up. After 3 years of putting my heart on the line and out there for this guy. Putting my all, being 10 toes down for this guy, forming my life around him. He broke up with me. He said he needed time to figure out himself, grow better as an individual and figure out where he needed to be. He couldn’t do that while in a relationship and he had to let one go and that ended up being me. How do I let go of someone who I was in love with for 3 years. I’m hurting, I can’t sleep, can’t eat I don’t know what to do. I’m overall heart broken and I just want this process to be over with already. How do I get over him?
