Don’t know what to do anymore 😩

My toddler is 1 1/2 and he is TERRIBLE! With everyone else he is great but at home he’s so bad! He screams constantly until he gets what he wants and I try to ignore it when I know he’s just screaming to scream but I can’t deal with it anymore! And when I try to give him what he wants he doesn’t even know! He ate his breakfast and a fruit but then goes in the junk draw and tries to

Get all this food and I tell him no he picks up 4 different things he does not know what he wants! And we waste everything! If I give in and give it to him he just throws it all on the floor! He still wakes up through the night and will just scream! (He occasionally has night terrors but I can tell the difference) I’m so tired and at such a loss I love my boy but I can’t deal with the screaming non stop anymore 😭😭 its over every little thing 🤦🏼‍♀️
