Endo possibly?

I am very confused right now i know that you guys aren’t doctors but I need advice to maybe if I have endometriosis or not. So February 14,2018 I went in to the ER to have my appendix removed I had been having horrible pain while they were taking my appendix out they noticed a cyst and thought it was possibly endo( it was my fertile week too) but wanted to look I had painful periods but not sure if it was from my appendix or endo. A week later I went in for a ultrasound and the cyst was gone and they could see no sign of endo but thought to be safe and put me on birth control for 3 months. I took the birth control but soon got off of it due to I didn’t think it was doing anything. The past couple of months I’ve had cramps that are painful for about the first day of my period but fade to less painful. I also some months have random cramping during the month but no bleeding during my periods along with I don’t take any pain relievers. I got pregnant in December taking iron supplements but ended in a miscarriage. Is it possible to assume it might not be endo?
