Hey ladies. I was wondering if you guys can help me. I just turned 39 years old and I have been on letrozole for at least 6 months now and it's not working. Could you tell me what would be the next step so I can get pregnant or any helpful hints would be appreciated. I would love for us to have a child. Thanks a bunch.
